The product travels along a vibrating bed of sugar while being simultaneously covered from above by a continuous sugar curtain. This dual-action approach guarantees excellent bonding and an even coat across the entire surface of the confectionery.
Efficient Material Recycling
To minimize waste and maintain a clean production environment, the machine features an integrated recycling system. An excenter bar gently taps the product to loosen any excess sugar, which is then collected and returned to the system for reuse. For specific products like belts, the sander can include a 180-degree turning step to ensure excess sugar does not contaminate other equipment on the line.
Versatile Powder Applications
The system is not limited to granulated sugar. It is designed to handle a wide range of dusting and sanding materials, including spice mixes, encapsulated acids, and custom powder blends. The machine is fully automatic and prioritizes ease of cleaning to allow for quick transitions between different coating types.
