The Sucromat serves as a dedicated batch cooker for hard boiled candy masses. It is designed to achieve the low residual moisture levels required for high-clarity and long-shelf-life hard candies.

 

Mixing Table: Traditional Finishing
Once the cooking process is complete, the mass is transferred to the mixing table. This allows for the manual or semi-automated addition of colors, flavors, and acids while the mass is tempered to the correct consistency for forming.
