UNIBATCH: Universal Batch Cooking
The UNIBATCH is the core of this line, capable of cooking under vacuum, overpressure, or atmospheric conditions. Its anchor agitator with Teflon scrapers is specifically designed for milk-based or sensitive masses with a high tendency to burn.

 

  • Integrated Cooling: A vacuum pump allows for rapid cooling of the mass immediately after cooking.
  • Reproducible Quality: Ensures consistent results across different batch sizes and recipes.

 

TURBOMAT: Continuous Aeration
For aerated products like marshmallows and bar foam, the Turbomat provides precise density control. The PLC continuously calculates mass density based on air volume and rotor speed, displaying real-time values for the operator.

 

JELLYBLEND: Gravimetric Enrichment
This PLC-controlled unit doses colors, flavors, and acids (up to 8 colors). It utilizes a specialized agitator to minimize bubble formation, ensuring a clear and consistent product appearance.

 

Auxiliary Equipment

  • CONTIGRAV: Modular weighing system accurate to the gram, capable of feeding up to five lines at 8,000 kg/h.
  • Cooling Drum: Provides essential thermal stabilization to prepare the mass for downstream processing.
