The Type 163 is engineered for the efficient production of hard candies in a streamlined, compact footprint. This modular plant utilizes a loose-mould system with proven carriers to ensure reliable performance during continuous product delivery. Its frame is constructed from solid aluminum profiles with stainless steel cladding, meeting strict food safety and hygiene standards.
Precision and High-Density Moulding
The system features coated aluminum moulds specifically designed for high-volume output. Each mould contains 136 product cavities arranged in four rows, utilizing an ejector pin system with return springs to ensure perfect product release. This setup allows the machine to produce up to 6,800 individual articles per minute.
- Digital Control and Recipe Storage
Driven by servo-electrical motors, the plant offers high levels of synchronization and accuracy. The integrated control system includes storage for an almost unlimited number of recipes, making it simple to switch between different candy formulations and shapes. - Efficient Performance
At a plant speed of 50 moulds per minute, the Type 163 reaches a capacity of over 2 tons per hour, depending on product weight. The design focuses on ease of operation and minimal maintenance requirements to maximize production uptime.
