Fully Integrated Process Control
The SUCROLINER (Models 1701 and 1731) represents a complete process solution for confectionery masses requiring very low water content. The system is assembled on a single chassis, housing all mechanical and electrical components. This “plug-and-play” design allows for a central connection of all utilities—steam, water, electricity, and air—ensuring fast on-site installation and commissioning.

 

Hygienic Design and Industry 4.0
Engineered according to EHEDG and GMP standards, the SUCROLINER prioritizes food safety and high machine availability. It features an integrated Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) system and is fully Industry 4.0 ready, offering predictive maintenance diagnostics to reduce downtime and optimize service intervals.

 

  • Advanced Cooking and Mixing
    At the heart of the system is the proven CROSSFLOW cooker, optimized for high-performance sugar solutions. The SUCROLINER can handle four different flavors simultaneously through four dedicated mixing screws and is capable of cooking solutions with little to no dissolution water.
  • Flexible Configurations
    The system can be extended to process protein-containing masses without losing its core compact design. Additionally, an “NPA” version is available for operations that require a system running without compressed air.
