Distributed by WDS, the Type 273 is engineered for large-scale production of solid chocolates—with or without inclusions—as well as complex filled products. By utilizing One-Shot and Triple-Shot technologies, the plant can produce multi-layered items in a single process, ensuring high efficiency and product consistency.
Precision Handling and Synchronized Drive
The plant features a one-lane endless chain system operating on a continuous motion principle. A key engineering highlight is the specialized chain return design, which ensures that moulds remain perfectly horizontal at all times to maintain product integrity. All plant elements are driven synchronously by servo motors with integrated torque control for high-precision operation.
Modular and Hygienic Design
The modular architecture allows the plant to be tailored to specific factory layouts and production needs. The design prioritizes food safety and ease of maintenance, featuring a hygienic construction that simplifies cleaning and servicing in high-volume environments.
