Precision Hollow Figure Production
The Type 172 is engineered to create hollow chocolate products with exceptional shell consistency. The system utilizes book moulds that undergo simultaneous horizontal and vertical rotation. Integrated vibration modules further refine the mass distribution, ensuring that every figure meets strict quality standards.

 

Flexible and Recipe-Driven Control
The machine features a modular construction that allows for seamless integration with classic moulding plants. All mechanical movements are independently adjustable and can be stored in digital recipes. This allows for rapid changeovers between different chocolate masses and product shapes.

 

  • Customized Cooling Performance
    The cooling register is custom-designed to meet the specific requirements of the production environment, ensuring optimal setting of the chocolate shell at a plant speed of 10 moulds per minute.
  • Versatile Mould Handling
    The Type 172 supports multiple mould sizes, including 620 x 406 mm, providing the flexibility needed for a wide range of seasonal and novelty items.
