The ConfecPRO-Chocolate is engineered to meet the demands of modern confectionery production. Its modular design allows the line to be configured for one or two lanes and installed at ground level or across multiple floors. This flexibility, paired with a decentralized control concept, ensures the plant can be easily expanded or adapted as production requirements evolve.
Hygiene and Accessibility
The plant features an open frame design with at least 350 mm of floor clearance, ensuring optimum accessibility for cleaning. The “EasyClean” philosophy allows for tool-free quick changes of almost all parts in contact with the chocolate mass, significantly reducing downtime during mass changes.

The system supports a wide range of technologies, including multi-shot depositing and cold stamping. High-precision in-house manufacturing and wear-resistant materials ensure maximum depositing accuracy for pralines, bars, and tablets. - Technical Specifications
With a plant speed of up to 25 moulds per minute, the ConfecPRO handles mould sizes ranging from 425 x 275 mm to 860 x 450 mm. This results in a high output of up to 5 tons per hour depending on the product and speed.
