Its core innovation is the chainless WDS GuidedPusherSystem, which provides a continuous and robust tray transport without the adjustment points required in traditional systems. Powered by programmable single servo-electrical drives, the plant minimizes maintenance while maximizing reliability through mechanical overload protection.
High-Quality Depowdering and Stamping
This plant ensures 100% separation between the depowdering and starch-filling sections to maintain the highest quality of the starch bed. The depowdering station features cleaning nozzles and a modular flat sieve with quick-release segments for effortless maintenance. A servo-driven stamping head utilizes product-specific curves to achieve maximum stamping quality, and the stamping board can be exchanged quickly without tools.
- Advanced Cleaning Features
The system includes brushless tray edge cleaning with an integrated air knife and a specialized scraper to remove sticky products after the turning device. The hygienic discharge belt can be removed without tools for thorough cleaning. - High-Precision Depositing
The MogulPRO supports a wide array of processes, including Mono, One-Shot, Centre-in-Shell, and Starlight with filling. It is engineered for precise color separation by using one rotary valve slider per color. For enhanced accessibility, the entire depositing head can be optionally extracted laterally for cleaning or pumping off mass.
