The Type 462 is a universal solution for the manufacture of diverse confectionery items, including pectin-based jellies, gum arabic, gelatine, liquorice, and fondant. It is also specialized for delicate tasks such as depositing liqueur and aerated marshmallow foam. Depending on product requirements, the plant allows for either continuous or intermittent starch tray transport.
